Especially Multipurpose-Carriers in the small and medium-sized segments that are used for feeder services are very attractive in the current and long-term expected shipping markets. They can transport different types of cargo on different routes and show therefore more constant charter rates.

Furthermore the current fleet of small and medium-sized Multipurpose-Carriers shows a high shipbreaking potential compared to just low newbuliding activities in the next years.
